I'd love to do knockhill too, if only for a 2-wheelin' photo hopping over that kerb 😁 Knockhill is actually pretty cheap for putting on private days or for a trackaddict trackday I could put a few people up

We should have a 'what is the worst circuit' thread. Seems that Silverstone would win it........ the national loop there is dreadful imo.
Donington was my favourite, but I just haven't got the power to contend with anything there - That's why I love Cadwell so much! Definitely keen to book Oulton in November once I've got the annual holiday out of the way. Only about 40 mins from home which is handy.

Think my least favourite would be Mallory - did a day there about 12-15yr ago (yes I'm old a.f) which was alternating bike/ car sessions.. 3/4 way through the morning they made it open pit lane, then at lunch they changed the layout around the back without telling anyone!
Needless to say I left and won't go back on principle (even though it's the other side of the fence from my work)

So far I've done Cadwell, Donnington, Oulton, Knockhill, Anglesey, Snetterton, and Croft.
Oulton and Cadwell used to be my favourites because of the elevation changes and the way they just flow nicely but recently I've found a love for Croft. I used to hate croft because I could never seem to put a clean lap together bur after have a few more days there I've found myself loving the challenge. It's so bloody fast when you get it right. The speed you can carry through the esses and into the hard braking zone before sunny in is addictive and when you manage to hook it up through sunny in sunny out it just puts a massive grin on your face. Every time I go there I find myself not wanting to leave!
Really want to venture to some new tracks so reading everyone's opinions on some others is great!

I'm yet to do Croft but I'm hoping I'l be able to get up there next year for a day. Angelesy is also on the list to tick off.

Croft really is a track worth visiting, I've heard from a few track day operators that they're struggling to fill it though which is a shame. I've had 2 wet days at Anglesey now but I had great fun both times, I would love to have a clear dry day there, the scenery is stunning and the track even better!

Croft would be an awesome circuit to try next year! A friend lives just down the road but as always money will be the deciding factor. I'm banking on receiving an annual bonus from work to fund a couple of track days
