With the launch of the new forum would it be a good idea to have some form of meet n greet/ coffee morning/ pub meet or something?
Not necessarily to show off cars but more of a get to know people's faces ect

It's all well and good people meeting up at track events but most people's focus will be on the day in hand, be better for a meet and greet so people can meet n mingle without having to worry about there next session out on track

There are some nice pubs round our way and there certainly is a Hooters in Notts!
I'l have a look round for some pubs with decent sized car parks and see if we plan anything

I'm from Essex but remember that place from my uni days up that way. |

I just can't bring myself to use it. I just have bad memories of it. I'l hunt down a decent location that is easily accessible and car friendly. Thinking of contacting Donington Park to see if we use some space there on a weekend. |

Yeah it is plenty big enough to host a decent sized event... I just has a bit of a stigma attached to it. There is another option of hosting something at Bruntingthorpe Proving Grounds as well. Just need to speak to my mate up there. |
