Quick overview of the car spec and the future plans... Interior Removed A Tech Racing Drivers Seat TRS Harnesses Flocked Dash Kill Switch Panel AP Sport Coilovers 300mm Front Brakes Fiesta ST Rear Disc Conversion OMP Strut Braces Powerflex Bushes Tarox Discs/Pads/Lines/Fluid OZ Racing Superleggera 15 x 7 Nankang AR1 Tyres Piper 4 branch maninfold, decat & full system Induction Kit Mocal 13 Row Oil Cooler BYC Designs Big Rear Wing BYC Designs Side Skirts Front Splitter Front Canards Rear Bumper Cut Carbon Fibre Bonnet The future plans for the car is what I'm about to start working on, 2.0 zetec turbo engine, aiming for 300bhp and a full refresh of most items on the car, new suspension, 6 pots, 17" wheels, cage etc etc. Few pics of how it sits now. Impressive, don't see a lot of people build a Ford Puma so pretty unique!
Sounds like you got some good future plans for it as well, look forward to seeing the progress of it!

Cheers, Its going to be a bit of long term plan for the new round of mods. I feel as though I've taken the car as far as I can with what Ford gave it from the factory and I can't bring myself to part with it so I'l just make it the car I know it can be. |

This project inspired me to build my track puma. Although I'm now building a second one as I broke the black one at the nurburgring in April.
Jay get gaz gold coilovers with the puma cup spring rates!! I've just gone from ap's to these and they are worlds ahead !!

Awesome car this mate I have a Mk5 Zs so basically got most of the same things done love the spoiler on this dude. Where did you get your front canards?

Took delivery of another set of wheels the other week. I've been running 15's for the last few years and will continue to do so but, once the turbo motor is built and in I'm gonna go up to 17's. Part of the decision is for aesthetics but, I'm hoping with new coilovers, bushes and proper alignment it will handle better than ever. I had a set of these on the car years ago when it was a daily and I've wanted a set again for ages.... managed to bag a set of 5 on ebay for £150, they do need a refurb and a fresh set of sticky tyres but I cant wait to try them on the car.  |
