I have been running my 2016 Fiesta ST MK7.5 daily for the past 3 years and have just ordered a new car for daily duties so i have turned the Fiesta ST in to a track car .

And to finish off the intake system i wrapped the cross over pipe with heat reflect tape as this sits just over the turbo and does heat soak and gets warm to the touch

I have changed the boost pipes for some Mishimoto large boar ones .
The Hot side pipe is a one part unit so less chance of boost leeks from the two part OEM unit and is much larger at 2.5 inch

First step was to remove all the rear seats .

I have used a 64mm hole saw to add some extra holes to add extra flow in to the center of the intercooler and radiator but have made sure the holes can all be covered up by the number plate .

I have used a 64mm hole saw to add some extra holes to add extra flow in to the center of the intercooler and radiator but have made sure the holes can all be covered up by the number plate .
